Pulsafeeder Pulsatron LD54SA-VVC9-XXX Series C Plus Metering pumps are leading the way in the development of metering technologies, to set the standard for accuracy, reliability and safety. These pumps are diaphragm type pumps that are positive displacement. The output volume is adjustable from zero to maximum capacity while they're in operation. Each metering pump contains features that help reliability that include a timing circuit along with circuit protection against voltage / current upsets and solenoids that are protected by thermal overload with auto-reset. Providing excellent suction and priming characteristics, the state-of-the-art seat and ball design is guaranteed to never fail.
Controlling the metering pumps are very simple. Adjustments are made with an easily accessible dial knob that is located opposite of the liquid handling end that controls stroke length and frequency. Automatic control is done via 4-20mA DC and stop function inputs, and auto-off-manual switch.
