This is really a gorgeous piece. I have come across a lot of doilies, runner, table scarves, etc, while frequenting estate sales here in the south, but I’ve never come across this! It’s a beautiful lamp shade cover hand crocheted. I have not starched this piece, but my Mimi ( grandmother) would have insisted on starching it before adding it to the lamp shade. However, I love it just the way it is! It measures 12” from top to bottom, laid flat on counter, it measures 15” top, 24” across the bottom.
