These black silk pants are made of really gorgeous, light, shine-in-the light silk. They have an exaggerated waistband-they were bought in the 80s and are meant to be worn belted, with a bodycon top and heels. Paper bag style belting, where the top of the pants flower out like the top of a paper bag when you grasp it like a toddler or a college kid bodega stop after a night spent drinking whatever was available. Drop crotch/harem pant style with an elongated rise and shortened inseam. These look WAY better on a person than a hanger. Trust me when I say the potential for pants like these are limitless. Flaws: missing two belt loops, one on the front and one on the back. There are 3 remaining belt loops, so you might be okay without replacing them. One rough area on the inside left thigh area- not a hole but just a surface imperfection. No tag! My aunt cut it out, sigh. I’ve provided measurements below. These can fit a small/medium/or large-the chosen belting option will make it work for all three. I have never had an item that was so challenging to represent correctly in a photograph!
