Hard to find Late 19th Century Ardalt Japanese porcelain bisque nodder. Head and both hands move. All of the pins are intact. Left hand missing the bottom counter weight that makes it "nod". Easy to fix with clay. See photos. Right hand is missing the fan. Two minor hauling cracks from age in the back. Beautiful condition for its age. A piece like this is hard to find. The nodders were considered novelty toys for children. The delicate bisque meant they did not survive long. See photos for details and condition.4"W x 4.5"H
