this is new without tags I never actually wore it so it is In new condition. It is a three quarter sleeve sweater or I believe it's actually considered a sweater dress. But if so it would be a mini dress style It depends on what you like to wear. But I think would be a lot more perfect over a pair of leggings because it could be too short without in my opinion but again that's all in what kind of style you like it's definitely a really really nice piece and rare to come by! It also has a string to tie at the bottom to As shown in the picture. I do have the price high on this item because of what it is, the original cost and it being nwot aswell as a rare and nice piece.
