Let Me Play wears like a secret niche find from a tucked-away Paris boutique. This French-made citrus-aromatic opens with sparkling bergamot and pink berries drizzled over a subtle chocolate note, then warms into cardamom, jasmine, lavender and lily. The dry-down wraps skin in polished woods, tonka bean, musk and amber – fresh at first spray, then addictive, cozy and a little dangerous as it settles.
Hard to track down online and currently not showing on Mercari, it feels far more luxe than a typical designer crowd-pleaser – the kind of fragrance people ask about in elevators and late-night bars.
