This lot of 2 mid century lady head vases are African Women wearing their gorgeous gilded headdresses & earrings. By Joan Lea, they measure 6”x4-1/2” & 6”x4-1/4” & are in a white glaze, which is extremely scarce to find. In EVC with no chips or cracks, the gilding is still beautiful with minimal wear, & the hand painted black cold paint at the sides of the hair has minimal wear as well, please view pics for incredible condition. These Nubian ruby lipped goddesses are highly collectible, & great conversation pieces in your decor!
