Purchased at the estate of a long time Watch Hill memorabilia collector who's family owned farmland near Watch Hill going back multiple generations to the pre-Victorian era.
Watch Hill is an affluent coastal village and census-designated place in the town of Westerly, Rhode Island. The population was 154 at the 2010census.It sits at the most-southwestern point in all of Rhode Island.
