This is a nice antique 900 silver box, suitable for use as a snuff box or a stash box. It features a nice floral design throughout with wire rope accenting and lovely, desirable niello enameling on the top. This unsigned piece is marked "900 silver" and has a very unusual, football-like shape, not truly oval.
