This item is complete and has the original box (no stryo). it has been tested and is working. Sometimes the engine will get stuck on the incline and you have to give it a little push. Also, on occasion it will sort of become un-alined with the wheel that turns the helicopter and needs a little push. Please see photos for condition. This is a very cute set from 1984 and it was only released in Japan!
