Vintage Decorative Ceramic Plate W Tassel Design 10 Copper Pink & Blues. Pre Owned Beautiful Condition. no chipping, cracking or crazing. This is more like art to be. This plate has amazing intricate detailing. Its just beautiful and unique. Made in China. There is a marker to indicate maker on the back of the plate. But I can't decipher it.
