Vintage 60s/70s Bobbie Brooks navy blue wool blend pleated knee-length wrap skirt with 2 short ties that wrap in front and attach to buttons. High-waisted with front-pleating and 2 side pockets. No lining. Union-made between 1964-1973.
80% polyester, 20% wool.
Vintage size 5 but fits like a modern size 0. See measurements for fit. Pictured on size 2/4 mannequin unpinned.
