*FLAWED: There is a watermark type of mark on the front left side of the vest. Also, the bottom bungee elastic has deteriorated. The elastic has been cut at the pulls and tied into a knot. The elastic is stretched out to be the exact length of the bottom of the vest, so I cannot become larger but it can be pulled tighter.
