This is a scarce piece of Electrolux advertising, especially in this condition. This boot measures roughly 7 3/8" tall. It measures 2 1/8"" wide at the base and is 4.5" long from the tip of the boot to the back of the heel.
The white portion is smooth and the "boot" portion is intentionally unpainted, so slightly rough. The boot is in good condition with some minor wear. There is a small scratch along the rim above where it says Electrolux.
