Brand new, never used. It's been put away at the top of my closet. Bought it on a whim but switced to a PC long before I ever got around to using the backpack.
Purchased directly from the Think Geek website back before it merged with GameStop.
Certain pockets have padded soft inner lining to protect more fragile items.
