Strap is not included, could work with anything sturdy, possibly even a guitar strap
The outside has wear from use and storage, but overall the leather and stitching are in excellent shape. Leather is supple, the inside is very clean. Minor oxidation to the metal buckles and brass & copper rivets. Overall in solid, excellent shape for its age.
