Large lot - 11 1/2 pounds of glass and pottery
This is NOT sea glass. It has been tumbled in a cement mixer to give it a sea glass finish.
Most of the glass is old glass, you can see by the thickness of it. There is some newer glass as well, it's much thinner. The pottery is also old with some new pottery mixed in as well.
I've collected broken glass from the desert and where we live now, thinking someday I would make something with it. It's time to move it along.
After tumbling, I washed the glass in warm soapy water and left it to dry. The pottery was also washed but I then put it in the oven for a couple of hours to make sure it completely dried.
I've looked at and inspected every piece and removed all the pieces with sharp edges.
***That being said, most likely some will break in transit so please be careful, it's really sharp when it breaks.**
I will pack it tight to reduce the chance of movement in the box to help reduce the possibility of breaking.
