500 Recipes and Food Facts Tested and Approved New York Herald Tribune Institute. 500 Cards in Box. Date unsure but thinking 1930’s. Paper covered box with orange interior. The box is filled with 500 recipes including appetizers, beverages breads, cakes, foreign dishes and so on. Also includes a section of “Cookery Techniques”. Excellent condition given the vintage/antique age. Most wear appears on the outside of the box. All cards look untouched. In fact, I doubt if many of them have been out of the box. A real treasure for the cooking enthusiast. I
