What we have here is a vintage 1985 Rambo metal lunchbox with the yellow variant of thermos. The yellow thermos is EXTREMELY rare as the red ones were far more commonplace.
The 1985 Rambo lunch boxes are considered to be the last in the "Metal Lunch Box" era. After these were distributed, Thermos started manufacturing plastic boxes instead.
I would say that the thermos is in great condition and the lunchbox is in good condition (has some rust spots, a little bit of leftover adhesive, and general wear but it is in FAR better condition than most that I've seen)
Ebay has a listing of just the yellow thermos selling for $60.00 just last month and that was without the lunchbox.
