There are some flaws but it is NWT. It looked like it got some tears towards the top which wouldn’t be seen depending on how it was styled. There are also some spots on the back but look like they may be a part of how it is made it based on the process. Measurements are the waist is about 15.5-16" and the length is about 32"!
