Vintage JoDee Velvet Midi Skirt in bright cobalt, royal blue. Thin waistband with button and zipper closure down the back. A line silhouette, simple darts on the front and back. Small slit on the back of the skirt, fully lined (exposed liner seam edge needs some work). Otherwise in great condition!
