Vintage 14K Yellow Gold Brooch or Pendant Cleopatra Signed France

Beautiful vintage brooch/pendant, marked France, 14K yellow gold mounting, set with an enameled portrait of Cleopatra, Queen of Egypt. In profile, she wears a diadem with coiled snake, bare shoulders with fringe collar, gorgeous detailed & colorful enameling and shimmering iridescent and gold paint on cobalt blue ground, measuring 1.6 inches in length without bale by 1.3 inches width, has 14k marked hinged loop for pendant wear, folds down if wearing as a brooch, marked 14K on a cartouche on the back inside rim, the enameled oval plaque is marked FRANCE on the back, condition: Excellent with the slightest loss of paint on her cheek and neck under the earring - I thought it was a purposeful highlight at first at the cheek area. Otherwise excellent and free of damage. A beautiful and rare treasure indeed. I have more photos and video on request.
