This is a vintage omega dynamic watch a beautiful piece of retro Swiss engineering, this watch is running and appears to be keeping time but hasn’t been officially tested for accuracy, however a common issue with this omega model is that the crown can easily come loose over time and that is the situation with this watch you can use the crown to set and wind the watch, however you need to be gentle with it or it my come out, but it would just need to be clicked back into place if that happens with you, also while the watch itself is authentic, the strap is a modern high quality replacement, as the originals are no longer made.
