Vintage Black sleevless velvet trim dress with mermaid ruffled skirt and red tulle under skirt size small
Just exquisite in its seeming simplicity.
Beautiful sleeveless dress with round neck and V in the back all trimmed in velvet. Black fabric is like taffeta.
Mermaid skirt is six tiers of velvet ribbon trim at bottom with ruched fabric. Not lined but has lower under skirt of RED tulle
Back zipper and eye hook, opposite side of hook is missing.
Unfortunately no tags or size. Please follow measurements carefully. May have been custom made.
