This is such a unique piece!! I believe it to be handmade and a rainbow moonstone oval shape stone at the top, with 6 blue topaz stone surrounding at the bottom. This really is a beautiful piece, the moonstone has a crazy flash that really can't be captured in the photos.
It is marked 925, please note on the back of the pendant you can see an ever so slight bend on the one side. This is typical with handmade pieces, they all usually have slight imperfections, this is not noticeable from the front or while wearing. Take a polishing cloth to this to really make it shine! It is in good used condition.
