Heavy-duty electroplated cbn band saw sharpening wheels achieve superior performance, give high quality finish. They are produced with steel core and electroplated (nickel bonded) rim. Main advantages of these wheels are: Used correctly lasts very long. Offers excellent ground teeth surface finish. Eliminates micro cracks in the band saws, so blades are breaking less. The result is that less blades are required to replace broken blades. Wheel profile matches your band saw tooth profile. No need to adjust, reprofile the wheel with the dresser, wheel is preshaped to match the tooth profile. As wheels do not need to be profiled, that means there is no dust to inhale. Not burning the blade. Will perfectly work on machine BMS250 and other similar band saw grinding machines which are capable to fully grind the band saw tooth. These wheels are perfect choice to grind band saws. We also offer wheels for many other producers band saw profiles. There are different wheel outside diameters, bore diameters, angles available.
