1965 Ideal Toys Misty Doll Tammy Family Glamour Misty AKA The Miss Clairol Doll.
Fantastic vintage Ideal Toys doll from the 1960s ( was marketed as Glamour Misty doll and also called the Miss Clairol doll. Each Ideal Toys doll in the Tammy line was reportedly hand-painted so each one is unique.
This collectible is in outstanding condition especially at nearly 60 years old.
Stands approx 12” tall, has golden-reddish blonde rooted hair styled in a flip with bangs, turquoise side-glancing eyes, coral-red lips, pink cheeks, a hard plastic body jointed at hips and shoulders, straight legs, vinyl arms .
Marked on back of head: 1965 IDEAL TOY CORP W-12-3, on hip: Ideal M-12.
The clothing she is wearing is Vintage Barbie Clone,
Mod Era ,Orange Velvet Top with Yellow Fringe,
Orange Velvet Bell Bottoms. In really good shape. No holes, rips, or tares. It is missing a snap from the pants. It has 2 loose pieces of fringe. Easy fix.
