Featuring a robust blend of natural flavors, spices and herbs, including garlic, rosemary, sea salt, onion, paprika, thyme, parsley and more, this rub is a versatile ingredient for enhancing a variety of dishes. Perfectly sized for foodservice professionals or for feeding a crowd, this rub can season large quantities of food in a flash. Rub it on chicken or poultry and then grill, broil roast or bake to perfection. Or mix into ground beef for bold burgers. RECIPE: Roasted Whole Chicken Place 1 whole chicken (about 3 pounds) on rack in foil-lined roasting pan. Brush with oil. Coat evenly with 2 tbsp rub. Roast in preheated 375F oven for 1 to 1 ½ hours until cooked through. Makes 6 servings RECIPE: Roasted Chicken with Potatoes Mix 2 tbsp each rub and oil in a large bowl. Add 2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed, and 1 ½ pounds potatoes, cubed; toss to coat well. Arrange in single layer on foil-lined large baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in preheated 425F oven 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender, turning potatoes occasionally. Makes 6 servings
