10MM silicon button diode. 50 Amp. 400 PRV (Peak Reverse Voltage). Typical uses include rectifiers for battery chargers and alternators. AR type molded plastic case, with tin-plated, solderable contacts. These heavy-duty 50 Amp diodes provide greater overload protection and may be used to replace the standard 25-35 Amp diodes used in most battery chargers.
- Tin-Plated Copper Contacts - recommended for pressure connection or solder connection.
- Tin-plated, solderable contacts. Meets MIL-STD-750 Connection Method 2026: Hi-Temp soldering guaranteed 482°F (250°C) for 10 seconds.
