The Diamond K400S is a professional-grade mobile antenna mount designed for today’s hatchback, trunk-lid, and lift-gate vehicles. Engineered with heavy-duty aluminum alloy and stainless hardware, the K400S offers excellent stability for VHF/UHF antennas up to about 1.5 m (60 in). Its built-in UHF/SO-239 mount works with a wide variety of mobile whips, while the attached 13.5-foot RG-316 coaxial lead (terminated with a PL-259) keeps losses low and simplifies installation. A tilt-and-swivel joint allows you to adjust the antenna for garage clearance or best radiation angle. Ideal for amateur radio operators, public-service vehicles, and fleet installations where a reliable, non-drill mount is preferred.
