You can use the 19L KLO2899 or the 9.5L KLO2882.All you need to do is1. place the keg in the fridge, freezer, cold room or any cold place (preferably below 5°C).2. Connect the dispensing tap of your choice to the soda water outpost.3. connect the gas to the gas connection.4. NOTE: It is recommended that a non-return valve be used in the CO2 line. We recommend the double sealing check valve KL07047 or the check valve KLO9010 integrated in the gas ball lock disconnect.5. When using the unit for the first time, it is advisable to purge the headspace of the drum first. To do this, pull the PRV on the pail lid approximately 5 times for 2 seconds each time. 6. Connect tap water to the water inlet on the lid. We recommend the use of a check valve for this application to prevent soda water from flowing back into the tap water line. We recommend using this double seal check valve. It is also a good idea to reduce tap water pressure. Most domestic tap water pressures are over 100 psi. for proper operation of the unit, the tap water pressure should be 10-15 psi higher than the regulator's set pressure (step 4). To regulate the water pressure, we recommend using our in-line regulator KL15035 In-Line Regulator.
