Under optimal conditions , when processing dry , finely-chopped biomass materials with a moisture content of less than 15% , the output of this equipment is approximately 60kg.The combustion value of the final particle fuel typically ranges from 3000 - 4300 kcal/kg , and the specific value depends on the type of raw materials used , such as sawdust , wood chips , rice husks , or straw , etc. The inner diameter of the feed hopper is 11 in and the outer diameter is 12.2 in. This design ensures that the processed biomass can be smoothly loaded and avoids blockages.The discharge opening measures 8.86 in by 6.1 in , effectively reducing the scattering of particles and facilitating their smooth collection into bins or bags.Before the first use , be sure to remove the flat , 8-shaped rubber exhaust ring from the gearbox to prevent oil leakage. The gearbox is pre-filled with LCKC150/200# lubricating oil.It is necessary to lubricate the grinding chamber every 4-6 months with high-temperature grease (excluding the grease gun and grease).
