Small bikes and compact frames of all sizes have long been troublesome with their difficulty in allowing you to pull a bottle from a water bottle cage. There are oftentimes such little space in between the top of the bottle and the bottom of the top tube that it's nearly impossible to get a bottle out of the cage (especially on the seat tube but also on the downtube) without forcing you to wrench it sideways from the cage and unintentionally almost ripping your cage off the frame in the process. The Arundel Sideloader Water Bottle Cage was designed specifically to address this. Rather than forcing you to pull (or attempt to pull) your bottle fully upward, its minimalist profile allows you to pull the bottle up just a bit, then to move it outward to prevent the top of the bottle from smacking the bottom of the top tube. And, truth be told, the cage has such a neatly sculpted shape that many folks choose the Sideloader for looks alone. It fits any size bottle -- tall or short.
