The Sea to Summit eVac Heavy Duty Compression Dry Bag is a rugged, roll-top/compression strap dry bag with an air-permeable base—air can be pushed out, but water can’t get in—and four straps for even compression of bulky gear. Designed for paddling, motorbike touring, and overland adventures, the valve-free expelling design works with the straps to compress soft items like sleeping bags and clothing by rolling and pushing out excess air before cinching down. Manufactured from TPU-laminated 420D waterproof ripstop nylon with a 10,000mm hydrostatic head, and a 500D CORDURA eVac waterproof but air-permeable base, the bag offers exceptional durability and waterproof protection without the need for a purge valve. Reinforced waterproof seams are double-stitched, and tape sealed, with additional reinforcement at stress points for long-term reliability. A waterproof Hypalon roll-top closure and four compression straps—two ladderlock and two side-release buckles—keep contents compact and secure. The oval base with exterior lash loops provides stable attachment to kayaks, bikes, and roof racks. The patented Field Repair Buckle can be replaced in seconds with a Phillips screwdriver.
