Complete set of Grade 8 hardened yellow zinc plated flange bolts and tab nuts for mounting the down pipe to the exhaust header / manifold compatible with Jeep 4.0L, including: 1991-1995 Wrangler YJ, 1997-2006 Wrangler TJ, 1987-2001 Cherokee XJ, 1987-1992 Comanche MJ, 1993-1998 Grand Cherokee ZJ, 1999-2004 Grand Cherokee WJ. These tab nuts replace the flimsy factory U-nuts that are always rusted through and impossible to remove without cutting with something heavy duty that won't be rusted out and broken the next time they need removed. The tab nuts are 1/8" thick alloy steel, yellow zinc plated and the Grade 8 prevailing torque lock nuts are welded to the brackets. This is by far the best hardware available for this purpose. Two lengths of bolts are included, 4 of each size, so you can choose the length of bolt that works best with your headers. They will work with a variety of OEM cast iron or aftermarket stainless headers. We also sell these in a set with 2 tab nuts for 2.5L or aftermarket 4.0L headers that only need 2.
