Tuff Support range of gas springs and lift supports was originally developed in 1995 with the purpose of providing the aftermarket with a full range of gas springs applications in the country markets where we have been serving. To be able to help our customers with a reliable product, up to date product range, and timely deliveries we have decided to establish our own manufacturing facility in Bursa Turkey. Bursa is the Detroit of Turkey, where automotive manufacturing in Turkey had started. Our ISO9001 and TS16949 certified manufacturing facility was established in 2005 with the vision and goal of becoming a leader in the aftermarket gas spring market, and also work with the OEM market in the area of product development, co-design, and provide gas spring solutions as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier. The manufacturing systems employed in our facility were designed, and engineered with the help of our friends in the OEM sector so that one day we could meet their needs, and become a solution provider for them.

| Warranty Description | PartsAvenue warrants only to the original purchaser of this product that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. PartsAvenue reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping product to PartsAvenue for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, Purchaser must make claim within 60 days of occurrence, and must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as original receipt, or other documentation PartsAvenue deems acceptable) for the product. PartsAvenue, at its option, shall repair, replace or refund the undepreciated portion of the purchase price ($0.50 per month) excluding transportation costs paid by Buyer. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. This limited warranty is valid only if the product is used with the vehicle or equipment. Except for the limited warranty provided herein, to the extent permitted by law, PartsAvenue disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including all warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. Refund or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. |
