These standard door latch strikes, made of steel with an antique brass plated finish, feature an adjustable tab to minimize door slop and chatter. They come with two #8 x 1 in. fasteners per package and are used to replace most residential interior and exterior door strikes. To eliminate door rattling, remove the strike plate and gently bend the tab with pliers, adjusting left to right as needed.
