Safety Technology International, Inc. -STI 7521-HTR Heated NEMA 4X Polycarbonate Enclosure - Thumb Lock, Environmental Protective Cabinet - Heated, multi-voltage, clear protective enclosure is designed to maintain a temperature above freezing. This allows a wide range of devices, components and sensitive units to be installed outdoors, in freezers, unheated warehouses or storage units. Radiant heat plate prevents LCD displays from becoming sluggish or freezing. Protector is constructed of super tough, clear UV-stabilized polycarbonate. Each protected unit can be clearly seen and quickly identified. Multi-voltage Design can operate on 12, 16.5 or 24 volts. Heater features three thermostats: a control thermostat, over temperature safety thermostat, and low temperature warning which can connect to a supervisory panel. Low temperature warning has N/O contact. Enclosure comes with an exterior thumb lock and an enclosed deep back box. LED indicators for "POWER" to unit and heat cycle "ON". Includes 16.5VAC, 40VA Class 2 auto resetting transformer. Mounting hardware and gaskets are included. Typical working properties of polycarbonate are -40° to 250°F (-40° to 121°C). 3-year guarantee against breakage of polycarbonate in normal use (one year on electro mechanical and electronic components).
