Cotterman 1003N1820A6E10B3C1 rolling steel ladder is all welded and arrives ready for use.  Ladder is 3-steps with Performa perforated step treads, 30" high x 10" deep x 16" wide top step without handrails.  Constructed of  1" diameter steel tubing with a 450 lb load capacity, 59 degree climb angle, and durable gray powder coat finish. Ladder moves easily on four 2" diameter spring-loaded swivel casters.  Step on it and casters retract and all four legs with slip resistant rubber tips grip the floor. Step off and the ladder is immediately ready to roll, no locking mechanism to disengage. Provides a safe and secure way to retrieve stock from shelves and perform other tasks that require elevation.   Meets or exceeds OSHA 1910.29, ANSI A14.7, and CAL-OSHA Title 8 Article 23 standards.
