The Fostoria OCH-Series can be surfaced mounted using the supplied mounting brackets which allow up to a 45° horizontal tilt adjustment. This bracket provides the necessary clearance required to mount each unit to a ceiling or overhead structure. Unit does require a 12” clearance from any vertical (wall) combustible surface. Unit housing contains a corrosion resistant stainless steel finish. Includes an electrical enclosure assembled internally to one end of the heater housing and (2) 6” long lead wires for direct field connection. There is no cord, thermostat, switch or remote included with this heater. We recommend wiring this unit to a properly sized line voltage thermostat; for indoor use our model ET9D4TS, outdoor use our model TW155A. Other control options include using a variable wattage device such as our model VHC-15 or VHC-32. Please follow all installation instructions that accompany each heater.
