The QNCTK1-10 Split Core Current Transformer is a precision measurement device designed for easy installation on existing wiring without the need to disconnect circuits. Its split-core, clamp-style design allows the transformer to snap directly onto a conductor, making it ideal for retrofitting into existing electrical systems. With a current input range of 0 to 60A and a turns ratio of 1000/1, this single-phase transformer delivers reliable and accurate current sensing at 0.5% accuracy and 0.5% linearity. The compact housing measures approximately 36.8 mm wide and 48.5 mm tall, with a 16x16 mm conductor opening to accommodate a variety of wire sizes. Built to perform in demanding conditions, it operates across a wide temperature range of -40°F to +185°F and features a flame-retardant UL94-V0 housing for added electrical safety. The unit is rated for a compressive strength of 2kV/50Hz/1min and is suitable for use in energy monitoring, power management, and industrial measurement applications.
