I am not responsible for melted wax during shipment. If you live in a hot climate wax CAN become pliable. If bars are warm upon receiving place in an undisturbed area to harden for 12-24 hrs.

Place 2-3 cotton balls into warmed wax.
Place saturated cotton balls onto a paper towel and discard.
