| Manufacturer Warranty Description | As of September 15, 2020, Innovation Collective Pty Ltd provides a 1-year fabric warranty for their fitted car window shades. The warranty covers defects in the fabric resulting from ultraviolet exposure. If the fabric cracks, splits, or tears within 1 year of purchase, Innovation Collective will either replace the fabric or refund the cost of replacement, at their discretion. This warranty is applicable to products purchased in Australia and does not limit consumers' rights under Australian law. The Australian Consumer Law grants consumers the right to a replacement, refund, or compensation for major failures. To make a warranty claim, customers must contact Innovation Collective via email (info@snapshades.com) and provide proof of purchase. If necessary, customers may be required to return the product at their own expense. The warranty excludes improper use, acts or omissions by parties other than Innovation Collective, misuse, neglect, accidents, abuse, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow instructions, or using the product for unintended purposes. The warranty does not cover colour fading or chemical deterioration due to ultraviolet exposure, nor damage caused by chemicals, open flames, excessive tensioning, or mechanical friction.
