This listing is for 5 sets of Miniature K-Type Thermocouple connectors, one male Type K connector and one female Type K onnector each per set. They conform to the miniature connector dimensions (10mm or 7/16 inch spade type) and the K-Type thermocouple wire specification. This k-type thermocouple connector can transmit the temperature signal over the full K-type range, from -200 to 2500 degree F (-200 to 1370 degree C). The ABS plastic housing of the thermocouple connector type K is stable to 248 degree F (120 degree C). Use a pair of these mini k-type connectors to build thermocouple extension wires or to patch a broken thermocouple wire connection. These connectors can be used with Type K wire of AWG 36 to AWG 20 (0.1 to 0.8 mm conductor diameter). These type k plugs have small holes in the center, this allows you to secure them using a cable binder or string, or you can screw them to equipment.
