Beautiful 1999 Birthday Wishes Barbie (African American Edition), second in the series, celebrates the joy and elegance of a special day. Barbie wears a shimmering aqua gown with lace trim, pink ribbon sash, and a matching “gift box” accessory — a design that perfectly reflects the charm of early Collector Editions.

Never removed from the box (NRFB). The doll and all accessories remain fully secured in their original packaging as issued. Box graded C7–C6 with visible creasing, edge and corner wear, and mild compression near the lower front but remains intact and protective overall. Displays nicely despite flaws. Part of a long-stored private collection, preserved in storage boxes and left undisturbed.
