Cromadex Alu-Zinc Primer Aerosol is a top-tier, swift-drying alu-zinc spray designed for treating both galvanized and untreated steel. It's resilient against petrol, chemicals, and weather influences, and boasts excellent adhesion with spot-weldability. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free, removing old lacquer and rust, and sanding it. Maintain room temperature for the aerosol, with the best processing temperature ranging from 15 to 25C. Before use, shake the aerosol for two minutes and test-spray. The ideal distance for application is approximately 25 to 30 centimeters.Apply the Alu-Zinc spray in multiple thin layers, shaking the aerosol before each application. If desired, apply a primer and lacquer after it dries. Post-use, clean the valve by turning the aerosol upside down and pressing the nozzle for about five seconds.
