This sieve has excellent chemical stability, strong alkali and organic solvents, and is suitable for extreme environments with pH 0-14. The working temperature ranges from -200 ℃ to+260 ℃, and can withstand high temperatures of 300 ℃ for a short period of time. The surface friction coefficient of PTFE mesh is low (0.04), hydrophobic and oleophobic, which can effectively prevent material adhesion. Its mechanical strength is high, with a tensile strength of ≥ 15MPa, an opening rate of 30%~75%, and a filtration accuracy of up to 0.1 μ m. Widely used in fields such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and environmental protection, such as media filtration, aseptic separation, and flue gas dust removal, it is an ideal filtration solution for harsh environments.
