Hospital Anti-X Ray Door with 2mm Lead Foil by Porte Italiane

These radiology doors boast a final thickness of 46 mm, comprising seven layers: a central 2 mm lead sheet, two extra-hard, high-density 4 mm mineral fiber panels, a honeycomb structure encased in a double perimeter frame, and two 9/10 thick plastic laminates in standard white or sand colors. They feature an Anti-X lead layer with a calibrated, brushed 2 mm first fusion lead sheet, with customizable lead thickness upon request. The door frame, made of solid wood with lead sheet, includes interlocking architraves with interposed lead sheet. The doors are equipped with five adjustable, bearing-type hinges, each with a 125 kg capacity. The handles are thick aluminum, designed for accident prevention, while the lock is a patent type with a CE-marked key compliant with EN 12209 standards, or can accommodate a Yale cylinder. The doors include a 2 mm RX Port and offer a choice of standard or non-standard colors for the lead door finish, with lead sheet meeting UNI 6450-69 quality standards of 99.9% min. lead and radiometric value compliance with Legislative Decree no. 230 of 17/03/1995, followed by a certificate of conformity.
