This 1750 MCM high voltage round aluminum cable, spanning 1 to 10,000 feet, boasts a true triple vertical extrusion system for optimal insulation concentricity and electric field control. Crafted from 1350-H19 Aluminum with Class B or Class 2 filled stranding, it can be compacted round or segmental per ASTM B400 or IEC 60228 standards. A semiconducting tape can be applied helically with an overlap as needed. The conductor shield is semiconducting cross-linked polyethylene, with insulation and shield made of high-quality, heat, moisture, ozone, and corona-resistant XLPE. All barriers, including the water barrier and metallic shield, are semiconducting materials.
