This Bryant Electric kit including pre-assembled flange, cover and leveling ring and tamper proof receptacle is designed to complete an "in-concrete" poured floor box (not included), for an economical solution for electrical power or a combination of power and voice/data applications. Designed for slab-on-grade installation. Quick and easy installation is assured using a push in place leveling system. Flange and hinged door cover assembly; includes tamper-resistant duplex receptacle 15A 125V; gasket; floor leveling PVC ring; high impact and chemical resistant nylon; factory pre-assembled for easy drop-in installation.

- Pre-assembled flange, cover and leveling ring for quick installation; floor box not included

- Included recessed 15A 125V tamper-resistant duplex receptacle minimizes plug protrusion allowing furniture to be located over the plug
- Removable neoprene gaskets allow for independent use of either side of the receptacle with the cover closed
